I get plenty of emails from people who wish to lose weight and just can’t seem to get it done. One of the hardest things about dieting is to control what you’re eating. What she discovered was that eating the same amount of calories can make you feel totally different. It depends on the source of your calories. For instance, a boiled potato was found to be over 3 times as filling as white bread. On the other hand, the regular croissant was less than half as filling.
What this means is that calories aren’t the only criteria you have to take into account when choosing your food. You need to go for H. S. foods as much as possible. Eating more H S foods will help you feel fuller for longer and help your diet.
