First when I started with my search about the truth about six pack abs l ie., to achieve flat, ripped abs it was like a dream as I followed protein drinks and expensive ab machines. But results a BIG NO!.. and when you do so much exercise you have your self pity, which makes you eat more to keep up with the workouts.
