However, you should know that the Truth About Abs is the program with the longer track record, so it’s something worth considering.

Personally, I’ve worked more with the Truth About Abs because it was the first one of the two which I got. To say that it’s the better abs program of the 2, but it is my favorite. But, overall, these are the 2 best abs programs in the world.

Are you looking for the truth about six pack abs? Is it really possible, or is it just a myth? There has been an increase in the number of people with weight issues, and weight problems. But for some of them, they start to figure it out. They manage to get their weight under control. But, their stomach muscles never develop like they want. They still have some softness, and want this section cut up, or really defined. Male, or female, there is nothing more noticeable than a nice set of six pack abs. So what is the truth about six pack abs?

Your abs will consist of 2 separate areas you need to work on: The Fat and The Muscle.

The Fat:

You first thing you need to do is cut out all of the sugar. This is such a contributor to the added weight we are putting on. See, as we eat sugar, the body has a natural response to release insulin, which in turn will go out and get the sugar, and store it as fat. If you are trying to uncover the muscles, this fat needs to go. Sugar is the main contributor to this.

Eat fresh foods, and not processed foods. This goes with the above message. If you eat fresh foods, there is no sugar or corn syrup added. Did you know 1 cup of pasta has the same amount of carbohydrates as 4-5 heads of lettuce? Which one do think is easier to eat? You need to look at the food that way. There is a study out there, which talks about volumetrics, which is the size of the food, compared to the amount of calories in it. Pasta is a very bad food when it comes to this. If you stick with fresh foods you will be OK. It is not that you are cutting out carbs. You are getting rid of the bad carbs.

These 2 steps will get you in the right direction from a nutrition point. From a fitness point, you need to start some cardio, which will help accelerate the fat burning process. The more cardio you do, the faster the fat loss. But, just try to be active some each and every day.

The Muscle:

I am very old school on this. The problem with many people today is they want a fancy machine to do the work for them. The machine actually makes it easier, so if this is true, are you really getting a good work out? No, you are not. The only thing you are doing is wasting your money. Here are the only exercises you need to do:

  1. Sit ups: 5 sets of 15 each day
  2. Crunches: 5 sets of 15 each day
  3. Leg Lifts: 3 sets of 10 each day (these will be more difficult at first. After you get better at them, the increase them)

Now, there are a bunch of other items you can do. Some side raises, etcÂ…..Just stick with the 3 above consistently for 3 weeks and watch the difference. Remember it takes 21 days to make or break a habit, so you need to do this every day. Do not use weights with the exercises, as you are not trying to build big stomach muscles. You just want them cut.
